Why Glu-Fri?
Because I Latinized the word free (Fri) since this blog was born in Buenos Aires by me, an Italian ex-girl, who has changed Milan in Argentina for love. I’m a mother, a food writer and an aspiring good cook and celiac.
I travel with the loves of my life, my husband and my daughter, and a Thermomix too….
The photos and texts and their “horrors” are mine. The blog, was created to share recipes, tips, news, for all those who need to eat gluten-free and also for their friends, relatives, colleagues, and for all those who want to eliminate some gluten from their diet.
